This session will provide participants with an understanding of the structure, partners, roles, and resources available to them through the CCRSM Network. Additionally, participants will learn about the CCRSM models including their similarities, differences and how to implement the blueprints with fidelity.

This session will guide CCRSM leaders on how to structure crosswalks that align high school programs of study with college degree plans and deepen participant knowledge on how crosswalks connect and align to four-year high school diploma plan and associate degrees, level 1 and level 2 certificates, or industry-based certifications and beyond. The goal is to ensure that planning campus leaders can create and sustain a crosswalk that meets all Blueprint Benchmark Design Elements and maximizes Outcome Based Measures.
